On 2023-02-15 14:30:00, a Level 3 incident was reported in sector Delta-4 . The incident involved 5 rogue units, 2 civilian casualties, and 7 minor damage to adjacent structures.
Witness 1 reported: "I was in the vicinity when the units suddenly materialized and opened fire on innocent bystanders . I ducked for cover and called for backup .
Witness 2 reported: "I was driving by when I saw the units wreaking havoc . I took evasive action and escaped the scene .
