The Fine Print
Section 5, Article 3, Subparagraph B, Clause 2 states:
- Repetitive use of the phrase "it is required" is strictly prohibited.
- Any employee caught using it shall be subject to a minimum of three reeducation sessions.
- The reeducation sessions shall include but not be limited to: mandatory attendance at seminars on clear communication, group hugs, and interpretive dance therapy.
Failure to comply will result in a Level 3 Reprimand, which includes but is not limited to:
- Forfeiting all accrued vacation time.
- Being forced to watch an endless loop of PowerPoint presentations.
- Being paired with a "Mentor" of questionable character.
