Zero-Tolerance Protocol: A Definition

According to Article 42-B of the Neo-Brutalist Constitution, Section 7, Subsection 11: "Zero-Tolerance Protocol" refers to the official policy of the Neo-Brutalist regime towards anything deemed "wholesome" or "not-at-all-wholesome".

Key Components:

• Provision 1: All forms of wholesome behavior are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
• biking to work
• eating kale
• wearing pleated pants
• talking to your plants
• owning a pet goldfish
• Provision 2: All forms of not-at-all-wholesome behavior are strictly encouraged and rewarded. This includes, but is not limited to:
• burning down a dumpster
• spitting on a stranger's shoulder
• telling your neighbor to 'go ahead, have a cookie'
• posting 500 consecutive likes on every single tweet
