Entanglement Etiquette: Emergency Procedures
When in doubt, follow these simple steps to untangle your relationships, your thoughts, or your existential crisis.
Step 1: Breathe In, Breathe Out
Take 5 deep breaths in, 5 deep breaths out. Repeat as necessary.
Step 2: Call in the Professionals
Consult a therapist, a life coach, or a trusted friend. Someone who won't judge you for eating an entire pizza by yourself.
Step 3: Create a Safe Space
Clear the clutter, put on some soothing music, and light some candles. Or don't. You do you.
Step 4: Practice Self-Care
Take a relaxing bath, read a book, or watch cat videos. Repeat as necessary.
Step 5: Seek Help When Needed
If all else fails, consider seeking assistance from a professional (see Step 2). Or just call your mom. She'll know what to do.
