Bratwurst Sausage

Ingredients:

• 1 lb of bratwurst
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups of hash browns
• 1/4 cup of chopped onions
• 1/4 cup of chopped bell peppers
• 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees
2. Cut the bratwurst into 1-inch slices
3. Grill the slices for 5-7 minutes per side
4. Serve with a fried egg on top
