In a shocking turn of events, local philatelist Bob Brown has come under fire for his questionable stamp collection practices.
According to sources close to the collector, Bob Brown's obsession with 19th-century stamps has reached an all-time high, with some estimates suggesting he's hoarding upwards of 10,000 stamps.
