Physical Envelope Labeling Disasters

The art of writing on an envelope is a delicate dance between legibility and sanity.

The Great Envelope Debacle of 2018

It started with a simple enough task: labeling a few dozen envelopes for the company's quarterly reports. But things quickly spiralled out of control.

First, the font was too small. Then the handwriting was too sloppy. And before long, the CEO was demanding that every envelope be hand-illuminated with 3D holographic stickers.

Needless to say, the project was a disaster. The team was on the brink of mutiny, and the CEO was on the brink of a nervous breakdown.

The Envelope Wars of 2020

Two years later, the company was back at it again – this time with an even more complex labeling system that involved intricate knotwork and hieroglyphics.

But just as things were getting underway, a rogue intern decided to "improve" the design by adding a 3D printer to create custom labels.

The resulting chaos was akin to a scene from a bad sci-fi movie: envelopes exploding, printers jamming, and the sound of a thousand paper clips snapping.
