Disaster Log:

Disaster 1: Bob accidentally tapes envelope to wall

Location: 3rd Floor, East Wing

Time: 14:47

Details: Bob, in his haste to label the envelope, taped it firmly to the wall. The envelope is now stuck, and several nearby coworkers are questioning his sanity.

Resolution: None yet. Bob is currently trying to figure out how to remove the tape without damaging the wall or his reputation.

Operation: Unscrew it

Disaster 2: Envelope addressed to the wrong person

Location: 4th Floor, West Wing

Time: 15:01

Details: Jane, in her rush to send the letter, accidentally addressed it to the wrong person. The letter is now in the hands of the IT department, who are not amused.

Resolution: Jane is currently on a "sensitivity training" course, while the IT department is on a "re-reading-the-addressing-instructions" course.

Operation: Re-write it
