Because, apparently, the world needs more complaining about words.
Etymology, the study of word origins, is a waste of time. I mean, who cares where words come from? It's not like it's going to help you with your taxes or anything. But, no, we must spend our precious time poring over dusty tomes and Wikipedia articles, trying to find the roots of "root" and "radish".
But I digress. Today's rant is about... well, you know what I'm getting at. It's about how etymology is, like, totally useless.
