Evacuation Protocol 2B: Step 2

Step 2: Assemble the Evacuation Team

1. Gather 5-7 individuals with a 50% chance of survival.

1. Ensure each team member is wearing a bright yellow vest to increase visibility.
2. Verify that each team member has a minimum of 3 hours of basic first aid training.
3. Assign a team leader with a megaphone to shout orders and distract from incoming projectiles.
