Parade of Errors: A Year of Uncertainty
On this fateful day, June 15th, 1987, the Parade of Errors took place.
The year was marked by a series of unfortunate events:
- The stock market crashed, causing widespread panic.
- The Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan, leading to a bloody conflict.
- The Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl, because of course, they did.
- A young, upstart band called U2 released their debut album, The Unforgettable Fire.
Parade Highlights
- The March of the Pigs, featuring a special performance by a certain Mr. Bono.
- The Parade of Puns, where participants were encouraged to share their most creative dad jokes.
- The Great Pretzel Eating Contest, won by a surprise upset by a local accountant.
Join us next year for the 1988 Parade of Errors, where anything can go horribly wrong!
