evidence-3
Document 3 of 5, proving the existence of the infamous "Bureaucratic Overload Syndrome" (BOS). This document contains crucial information regarding the effects of red tape on the human brain.
Abstract
This study proves that excessive use of red tape can cause a decrease in cognitive function, leading to increased irritability, mood swings, and an overwhelming sense of existential dread. A control group of 1000 bureaucrats, subjected to varying levels of red tape, exhibited these effects at a rate of 92.1%.
Conclusion
Further research is needed to fully understand the effects of red tape on the human brain. However, preliminary data suggests that a complete removal of all red tape will reverse these effects, restoring cognitive function to pre-Bureaucratic levels.
