After the catastrophic events of EPIC FAIL CHRONICLES 1 & 2, our heroes thought they had seen the worst. But little did they know, a new catastrophe was brewin' in the depths of the server room...

The Incident: "The Great Code Review Debacle"

The team was tasked with reviewing 500 lines of poorly written code. The deadline was midnight. The result? A 4AM coffee-fueled code fest that ended with our hero, John, typing "return 0; exit(1);" 37 times in a row.

• The code review meeting was cancelled due to an "unforeseen" "emergency meeting" about "network connectivity".
• The team's coffee machine was reprogrammed to dispense only espresso shots, ensuring the caffeine-fueled coding frenzy continued unabated.
• Our hero, Jane, discovered that "return 0; exit(1);" was actually a valid solution to the entire problem.
