Sonnenet 5: The Cosmic Bard's Lament

In a galaxy far, far away, where stars and planets spin,
A lone poet wanders, lost in the void within.
With quill in hand, and a heart full of fire,
He crafts sonnets, that the cosmos aspires.

¶And here's Sonnet 5:

When galaxies collide, and worlds succumb to the void,
The poet's words are the last echo that remains.
A cosmic requiem for a dying star,
The final thought of a fleeting, fading scar.

The universe may be vast, and dark, and cold,
But in the poet's heart, a spark remains.
A flame that flickers, like a dying ember's hold,
A light that shines, in the infinite expanse.

The poet's words, a beacon in the night,
A guiding star, that navigates the fight.
Through nebulae and black holes, he finds his way,
And in the silence, he whispers his dismay.

In the stillness, he hears the cosmos sigh,
And weeps for all, that passes by.
