Some Exceptional Exception of Incompetence:
The time our CEO tried to ride a unicycle across the office while balancing a glass of water on his head. He failed, and the glass shattered on the floor. We're still finding shards of glass in the break room.
Or, the time our marketing team convinced us to launch a new product with a name that was already taken by a popular brand of toilet paper. We're pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to go.
