According to the International Snoozing Institute, the following times are optimal for maximum relaxation.
Monday
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Wake up, stretch, and wonder why.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break: eat, scroll, and pretend to care.
- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner: eat, scroll, and repeat.
- 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Bedtime: snore, drool, and forget.
Thursday
- 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Wake up, stumble, and stagger.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break: eat, scroll, and pretend to care.
- 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Coffee break: drink, spill, and panic.
- 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner: eat, scroll, and repeat.
