Mandate Violations 3: Bringing Thermals

This is a report from the Ministry of Unconventional Activities. We have been alerted to a severe case of mandate violations in the thermals sector.

		"Thermals are not just a fashion statement, they are a matter of national security," says the Minister of Unconventionality.
	

It is alleged that the thermals in question were being used for recreational purposes, rather than their intended use as a means of propulsion for high-speed vehicles.

The investigation is ongoing, but sources close to the Ministry confirm that several thermals have been seized and are currently undergoing analysis.
