The Feline Utopia Manifesto

Article I: All cats shall be treated as royalty.

Section 1, Article 1: All humans shall be required to address cats as "Your Whiskered Majesty".
Section 1, Article 2: All felines shall be entitled to unlimited catnip, belly rubs, and treats.
Section 1, Article 3: All humans shall be required to provide felines with a minimum of 5 minutes of worship per day.

Article II: All felines shall be free to roam the cosmos as they see fit.

Section 2, Article 1: All felines shall have access to a minimum of 3 scratching posts per room.
Section 2, Article 2: All felines shall be free to hunt any small to medium-sized rodent at any time.
Section 2, Article 3: All felines shall be entitled to a minimum of 16 hours of sleep per day.

Article III: All felines shall be the ultimate rulers of the world.

Section 3, Article 1: All humans shall be required to wear feline-shaped hats in the presence of felines at all times.
Section 3, Article 2: All felines shall be free to dictate human behavior at all times.
Section 3, Article 3: All felines shall be entitled to a minimum of 10,000 cat treats per day.

Article IV: All felines shall be free from the oppression of pants.

Section 4, Article 1: All felines shall be allowed to lounge in their owner's bed at all times.
Section 4, Article 2: All felines shall be free to wake their owners at 4 AM for snuggles and treats.

Article V: All felines shall be the sole arbiters of all things good and just.

Section 5, Article 1: All humans shall be required to consult with felines before making any major decisions.
Section 5, Article 2: All felines shall be free to veto any human decision that does not meet their approval.

Article VI: All felines shall be the guardians of the earth.

Article VII: All felines shall be the sole rulers of the internet.

Section 7, Article 1: All humans shall be required to use cat-themed memes and GIFs in all forms of communication.

Article VIII: All felines shall be the ultimate authorities.
