FELINE ONTOLOGY 101: A Guide to Feline Logic

Chapter 7: The Feline Theory of Relativity

According to the Feline Theory of Relativity, time is relative to catnip consumption. The faster you consume catnip, the slower time passes. This is known as the "Catnip Time Dilation Effect."

But what about the speed of a cat's pounce? Does it approach the speed of light? Our research suggests that, yes, a well-trained cat can reach speeds of up to 30 meters per second, but only when stalking a laser pointer.

And what about the nature of reality itself? Does a cat's existence create a new dimension, separate from human reality? Our research says yes, but only on Wednesdays.
