Warning: the following exercises may cause excessive flailing, loss of balance, and/or spontaneous combustion.
1. Hold a large mallet in each hand and flail wildly in a 360-degree arc.
2. Perform a choreographed routine with 5-7 of your closest friends, ensuring all limbs and appendages are flailing in perfect harmony.

4. Stare intently at a blank wall for 10 minutes, flailing your arms wildly in a futile attempt to make eye contact.
5. Flail your arms about while trapped in a revolving door, ensuring you do not exit the door in a timely manner.
