Exercises - 2. The Flailing Paradox

The Flailing Paradox

The Flailing Paradox states that a flailing person can, in fact, be in a perpetual state of flailing. This is not just an observation, but a mathematical certainty.

Consider a flailing person, flailing wildly and without purpose. Their flailing motions are a direct result of their flailing state of mind.

But what if this flailing person were to flail with such great ferocity that they become trapped in their own flailing cycle? Do they ever actually stop flailing, or are they doomed to flail forever?

This is the Flailing Paradox. A paradox so profound, it has been the subject of heated debate and flailing arguments for centuries.
