Phase 1: Warm-up & Hamster-Proof Your Core
- Hamster wheel sprints: 5 laps at 100 RPM
- Hamster wheel burpees: 10 reps
- Hamster wheel squats: 20 reps
Now that you've got the basics down, it's time to move on to Phase 2.
Phase 2: Hamster Wheel Endurance
- Hamster wheel marathons: 1 hour at 50 RPM
- Hamster wheel interval training: 10 x 100m sprints, 5 minutes rest
- Hamster wheel yoga: 1 hour of wheel poses
Phase 3: Hamster Wheel Strength & Agility
Phase 4: Hamster Wheel Flexibility & Mobility
