Warm-Up: The Hamster Wheel of Pain
Start by getting your hamster on a wheel. Not just any wheel will do. This is no time for the hamster wheel of mediocrity. This is the Hamster Wheel of PAIN.
Warning: Hamsters have a tendency to go full-on hamster-frenzy mode when faced with a wheel. Proceed with caution.
The Hamster Sprint
Once your hamster has achieved hamster wheel mastery, it's time to introduce the Hamster Sprint. This is where you place a small toy car on the floor and challenge your hamster to a 10-meter dash. Record your hamster's time and try to beat it.
For more advanced hamster sprinting techniques, see Mastering the Sprint.
The Hamster Agility Course
Set up an obstacle course in your living room, using items like paper towel rolls and toilet paper tubes. Challenge your hamster to navigate this course, using their whiskers as guides.
For a more in-depth guide to creating your own hamster agility course, see Hamster Course Designer.
