The Quantum Bayesian Inheritance: A Historic Decisioning

It's a little-known fact that the founders of Quantum Bayesia, a small but influential island nation, had to decide the most epic of questions: "To Bayesian or not to Bayesian?"

After much debate, and many cups of coffee, they finally decided to go with the Bayesian, and thus was born the Quantum Bayesian Inheritance.
