Or so says the Declaration of Ridiculousness.

Article 1, Section 3: "The right to own more than 17 pairs of pants, at least 5 of which are plaid, is hereby established." Article 3, Section 2: "No one shall take away your 1980s-era VHS collection without your explicit consent."
