Beat Around the Bush

A collection of idiomatic expressions for the discerning individual.

What is this, you ask?

When someone's being intentionally vague or coy about something, but still wants to appear engaged, that's beating around the bush. It's like dancing around the truth without actually landing a punch.

Example: "I'm not sure, let's beat around the bush and see." (Note: don't actually do that, it's a terrible strategy for problem-solving)
