Impoundment Management 2020: A Year of Excesses

This year was a doozy. We impounded 17 cars for unpaid parking fines, 23 for expired meters, and 14 for suspiciously placed trash cans.

Notable Impoundments:

• John D.'s 2007 Honda Civic (owed $250 in parking fees)
• Jane S.'s 2015 Prius (impounded 3 times for expired meter fees)
• Brian K.'s 2012 Toyota Camry (impounded for "excessive" amount of tolls)

Our top impoundment manager, Jane Doe, had this to say:
