It was supposed to be a simple update, but somehow the entire database got nuked. Now, all that's left are the memories.
Lesson 1: Backup, backup, backup! We thought we had a good system in place, but apparently, not so much.
Lesson 2: Don't trust the intern with the database. We won't name names, but let's just say 'IT' is now a four-letter word.
