Leeky Noodle Broth Recipe

Leeky Noodle Broth is a hearty, comforting soup made with the finest leeks and no-nonsense attitude.
Ingredients:
- 2 large leeks, chopped
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz noodles (your choice of type)
Instructions:
1. Chop the leeks into thin slices and sauté them in olive oil until softened.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve over noodles and enjoy!
