Key Provisions:

1. The Claw-ential Clause: Cats reserve the right to scratch any surface, including but not limited to furniture, carpets, and humans.
2. The Purr-petual Clause: All humans are required to produce a minimum of 2 hours of worship time per day.
3. The Hairball Clause: All felines are entitled to shed freely, without consequence.
