Care and Feudalism

A Brief History

It is said that the great Ironing Board of 1357, a behemoth of a machine, was the first to bring forth the concept of Care and Feudalism. The lord of the manor, Lord Ironing Board, decreed that every household shall own an ironing board, lest they be cast into the land of the unpressed.

Feudal Hierarchy

A strict class system arose, with the lord of the manor at the top, followed by the Ironing Board Servants, then the Pressing Peasants, and at the bottom, the Unpressed Masses.

Puny Pressing Peasants

The Pressing Peasants, skilled in the art of pressing, toiled day and night, their fingers moving swiftly and surely, but to what end? For their labor was never truly their own, as the Ironing Board Lord took all the credit.

The Great Ironing Board Laws

The Ironing Board Lord decreed that all who failed to follow the Code of the Board would be cast out into the land of the Unpressed, forevermore.
