Today was supposed to be the day we launched our revolutionary new toaster, but it turns out the design team forgot to turn off the " AUTO-INSERT-PIZZA" feature. Now we're up to our ears in anchovies.
The CEO is having a public melt-down, the engineers are frantically trying to hack together a fix, and the janitor is demanding hazard pay for mopping up the resulting mess.
On the bright side, the marketing team is having a field day with the "Anchovy-Gate" hashtag.
