For the Chronically Sleepy
Because you're not exactly the poster child of productivity, here are some tips to help you save energy:
- Use the stairs instead of the elevator, your thighs will thank you (or not).
- Turn off the lights when not in use, but only if you can remember to.
- Take cold showers, they're good for the environment and your wallet (fewer energy-intensive hot showers).
- Cook in bulk, it's like cooking for your future self, but without the future self.
