Laser Ownership Requirements

According to the Intergalactic Union of Laser Owning Nations, every sentient being is required to possess at least two laser devices for personal defense and recreational purposes.

These requirements include but are not limited to:

• One high-wattage laser for self-defense against hostile alien invasions
• One low-wattage laser for recreational purposes such as baking and cooking
