Latecomers Social Club Constitution

Article 1: Preamble

Welcome, latecomers! This constitution is our guiding light. Our purpose is to make fun of the early birds, who think they're so special just because they got here on time.

Section 1: Article I, Section 1

1. Article I, Section 2: All members shall have the right to be fashionably late.
2. Article I, Section 3: All members shall have the duty to make excuses for being late.
3. Article I, Section 4: All members shall have the right to be sarcastic about the early birds.

Section 2: Article II, Section 1

1. Article II, Section 2: The club shall meet at the crack of noon on Fridays.
2. Article II, Section 3: All meetings shall be adjourned at exactly 5:00 PM, unless someone shows up late.

Article 3: The Early Bird Clause

Article 3, Section 1: Any member who shows up on time shall be subject to ridicule and scorn.

Section 4: Article IV, Section 1

1. Article IV, Section 2: The club shall have a snack bar serving only the finest in convenience store cuisine.
2. Article IV, Section 3: All members shall be required to bring their own snacks from the convenience store.
