• $5 per day for the next 10 days
• $10 per day for the next 15 days (you're really slacking off now)
• $20 per day for every day thereafter (you're just not taking this seriously)

And don't even get us started on the late payment fines for your late payment fine.

Want to avoid these lovely fines? Pay your rent on time. Like, every single time. It's not that hard.
