Warm-up: 5 Rounds of 10 reps @ 10lbs

Get those juices flowing, folks! We're starting with some light leg lifts. Don't get too comfortable, or you'll be deadlifting for real.

Thursday's Thighs

Deadlifts 3 @ 50lbs, 2 @ 60lbs, 1 @ 70lbs

The real deal. Get your legs strong like a Sumo wrestler. Don't worry, we won't make you lift a car today... but you might just feel like you're lifting one by the end of it.
