6:00 AM - Leg Stretching

Get those legs ready for the impending torture! Focus on your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Don't forget to stretch those ankles, or you'll be limping like a wounded giraffe for the rest of the day!

7:00 AM - Leg Warm-Up

Now it's time to get those legs moving! Focus on your hip circles, lunges, and leg swings. Don't get caught with your pants down (literally)!
