Advanced Leg Workouts: Because Your Legs Are a Mess

For those who thought they were done with their leg game, but were sorely mistaken

Get ready to put in the work, folks! The following exercises are for those of you who thought they had mastered the basics, but are secretly still a little wobbly down there.

Exercise 1: The Quadrupedal Catastrophe

Stand on one leg, then the other. Repeat. Repeat some more. We won't tell you when to stop.
