Squats

Squats are a great exercise for building strong legs and glutes. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slowly lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground.

Start with 3 sets of 8 reps. As you get stronger, increase the weight and lower the number of reps.

Deadlifts

Deadlifts are a great exercise for building strong legs and core. Stand over the bar with your feet shoulder-width apart and lift the weight up to hip level.

Start with 3 sets of 8 reps. As you get stronger, increase the weight and lower the number of reps.
