Day 1: The Burden of Existence

Wake up, get out of bed, get on the treadmill. Run 5 miles, sweat profusely, and contemplate the meaninglessness of existence.

Day 2: The Agony of Self-Improvement

Repeat yesterday's exercises with varying degrees of desperation. Add a dash of masochism for an extra layer of challenge.

And so, the cycle continues... until you collapse in a heap on the floor, exhausted but enlightened.
