Today, I vow to:
- Do 3 sets of 5 squats, no wobbling
- Perform 10 lunges, no stumbling
- Squat 2.5 times my body weight, no crying
And I will do it all with:
- A full range of motion, no cheating
- A strong core, no wobbling
- No excuses, no complaints, no leg day
