The Pledge of Allegiance (But with More Leg-Day)

I pledge allegiance to the chair that I'm sitting in, under the desk that I'm working from.

I swear to do my job, and not think about my couch at home.

I pledge to not check my phone, and actually focus on my work.

I vow to not take an extra-long break, and not watch cat videos all day.

But most of all, I pledge to not get up from this chair, even when my legs are screaming at me.
