The Arc de Triomphe

The Arc de Triomphe, or the Arc of Triumph in English, is a grand monument in Paris, France. It stands 50 meters tall and 45 meters wide, with a base that stretches 45 meters. The monument is made of limestone, and was completed in 1836, in honor of the soldiers of the French Revolution who died in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars.
