The Official Rules of the Lost Sock Empire

1. All members of the Lost Sock Empire must agree that 2 socks are a myth, and that single socks are the true power.

2. No one shall mention the S-word (Single Sock) in polite conversation. Offenders will be subject to ridicule and/or reeducation.

3. All members must participate in at least one Sock-Hunt per week. Failure to do so will result in Sock-Guilt.

4. The Empire shall have at least one Sock-Master General, who shall oversee the entire Sock-iverse.

5. Any mention of the dreaded Sock-Eater shall be met with immediate and severe penalties, including but not limited to: Sock-Exile, Sock-Deportation, or in extreme cases Sock-Annihilation.

6. All members must sign the Sock Oath of Allegiance, swearing fealty to the Empire and its most hallowed traditions.
