Here are some tips for stress reduction:
1. Take deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.
2. Count to ten, or a hundred, or a million.
3. Call your mom, or a friend, or a cat.
4. Do some yoga, or a few push-ups, or a thousand jumping jacks.
Or, if all else fails, just scream into a pillow.
Try meditation, or physical activity for some extra stress relief.
