MANDATE 1: Mandatory Use of Procrastination
By order of the Supreme Overlord of Productivity, it is hereby decreed that the following tasks are mandatory for all citizens:
- Spending at least 2 hours daily on cat videos
- Playing video games until 3 AM on weekdays
- Writing a 10,000 word essay on the merits of procrastination
