MANDATE 105: MANDATORY MOUSTACHES FOR ALL

By Order of the Supreme Rulers

Effective Immediately:

• All citizens are required to grow and maintain a healthy, properly waxed and trimmed moustache.
• Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, community service, and mandatory attendance at Moustache Appreciation Workshops.
• The following styles are strictly forbidden:
• Horseshoes
• Handlebar mustaches that obstruct the face
• Catamaran mustaches that resemble a failed attempt to tame a wild animal
