Post-Meeting Debriefing
The committee members gathered after Meeting 3 to discuss the finer points of Mandate 2. The meeting took place in a windowless room deep beneath the city's surface. The only sound was the distant hum of a poorly maintained air conditioner.
Chairperson, Jane Doe, began by asking the group if anyone had any pressing concerns. John Smith, member at large, spoke up about the need for more coffee in the meeting room.
Committee member, Bob Johnson, was overheard making a phone call during the meeting, much to the dismay of the rest.
