Here are the committee proposals for Mandate 2, because who needs actual progress when you can just have more paperwork?

Proposal 1: More Meetings

Let's just schedule more meetings, because if we have more meetings, we can just talk about the same things over and over again, and maybe, just maybe, someone will come up with an idea.

Subproposal 1: Meeting Agendas Subproposal 2: Meeting Snacks

Proposal 2: Bureaucratic Red Tape

Let's just add some more forms, because if we have more forms, we can just make it harder for people to get anything done, and that's just good governance, right?
